VE Board Rule

As of January 1, 2006 the VE Board Rule has been removed. There is no limit on the number of boards you may join.

NVE TEAMS

As of January 4, 2010 TWF has added NVE to all the teams we have here at TWF. You are welcome to join either the VE side or the NVE side of the team. And you are welcome to have 1 site on each side of the same team, if you so choose If you are on the NVE team then you MAY NOT be on any VE BOARDS OR GROUPS with that one particular site. So that means NO OSVP links should be on VE Boards VE Groups if your site is on one of our NVE TEAMS.

Self Voting

Must self vote 3 times per week to avoid Disqualification.
These will be enforced in the following order:

1st week of not self voting 3 x the fighter will receive a warning from their
Team Leader and will not advance to the next level.
2nd week of not self voting 3x the fighter will be placed on hold.
3rd week of not self voting 3 x the fighter will be disqualified.

Ballot Stuffing or Multiple Voting

This will be enforced in the following order:

1st offense the fighter will receive a warning from their
Team Leader and/or The Owners and will not advance to the next level.
2nd offense the fighter will be placed on hold and returned to their Team Level.
3rd offense the fighter will be disqualified.

(We understand that some fighters have more than one fighter in the home,
with access to only one PC. So if that applies to you, please give your
team leader your email address and that of the other fighters in the home
so there is no confusion when counting votes.)
ALSO PLEASE watch when you are self voting and are on multiple VE boards as well. Some of you are MULTIPLE VOTING for people from the
VE BOARDS also and with VE Boards just go through and vote for the members at one board and move on and vote for members that are
not on the board you just came from. WE know you are trying to go with the Rules of the VE boards and vote for the members but please
find the members who are different as you go through the VE Boards

3 x winners and Champions

Those that become 3x Champions will be required to do a weekly check in with their team leader by either posting at the forum in their team news or thru team email in order to stay active at TWF comp while waiting for year end championship. We would like to see the Champion also cheer and take part in Team activities. Although this is not required, it is strongly encouraged.

Leave of Absence

1.  Leave of Absences (LOA's) are allowed at the team level only.

2.  There will be NO LOA's allowed in the upper levels. (No exceptions). If you need an LOA and are in an upper level you will be moved back to the 1st team level and start there upon returning from LOA. If a fighter is in the 2nd team level and will be advancing to the Semi-Finals and requests an LOA, they will be placed ON HOLD at that level and the 2nd highest scoring fighter will advance to the Semi-Finals.

3.  Once a Fighter is placed on LOA it will be for the whole week, or in the case it is requested after the Voting Week begins, for the remainder of that week. No one can be taken off of LOA once it is put in to place for that specific week. They may resume competing the following week. Partial LOAs are not allowed at TWF, this would not be fair to all of our Fighters.

4.  If a Fighter request an ELOA (Extended Leave of Absence), they need to keep their Team Leader informed, as to their ELOA Status, and their Intent to Return and a possible return date. If the Fighter, does not keep their TL informed with their Status, within a reasonable time frame, they will be removed from the Team.
