Position Duties Requirements Status Top 100 Manager Responsible for adding new members to the topsite, delete those who leave. Send a monthly broadcast mail to the members at the end of the month with news about the topsite and the winner. The last day of the month make a graphic for the winner and return the scores back to 0. This job does not entail a lot of time, but does need someone who can make graphics and is dependable. Position Filled Team Leaders 6 Positions Team Leaders are responsible for team members and keeping them spirited as well as informed. Team Leaders will need to track spirit points made by fighters and turn in points weekly, and update scoreboard. Must know FTP, HTML, know how to make graphics for team awards, etc. Positions Filled Asst. Team Leaders 6 Positions Assistant Team Leaders must be available to help out the Team Leader. Same Requirements as Team Leader. 1 Position Available Upper Level Manager The upper level manager will be responsible for updating the daily scores Monday thru Friday. The scores must be posted by 8am Central Time each morning for the previous day. Will also be responsible for updating weekend advancements and readying the levels for the new week. The upper levels include The Expedition, End of the Trail & The Final Frontier. Must know FTP, and HTML for updating and uploading upper levels pages. Position Filled Graphic Gulch Manager Gulch Manager is responsible for making graphics the staff might need, i.e., team awards, team graphics, personalized cheers, TWF banners. Have pre-made graphics available that can be personalized. Design items that will be made available to use spirit points for, such as globes, blinkies, team holiday graphics, etc. Position Filled Graphic Gulch Co Manager Gulch Co Manager is responsible for making graphics the staff might need, i.e., team awards, team graphics, personalized cheers, TWF banners. Have pre-made graphics available that can be personalized. Design items that will be made available to use spirit points for, such as globes, blinkies, team holiday graphics, etc. Works with Manager. Position Filled Outpost Manager Will oversee operation of The Outpost and Help The Activities Director with operations and updating. Must know FTP, HTML, know how to make graphics for game players, etc. and be familiar with total operation of the Outpost Position Filled Outpost Asst. Manager 2 Positions Must be able to assist the Manager as needed in whatever is needed at The Outpost. Same requirements as Manager. Positions Filled Outpost Graphics Cordinator 2 Positions Must be able to assist the Manager as needed in making awards and graphics for the Outpost. Must have a graphics program such as Paint Shop Pro and be experienced in making graphics. 1 Position Available
